No. Search My Trip is an independent travel agency. We help you search, compare and book Lufthansa flights, but we are not owned by or affiliated with the airline.
Frankfurt or Munich — which hub is better?
Both work well. Munich is often considered easier to connect in, while Frankfurt has more flights. Choose the one with the better schedule for your trip.

Yes. Lufthansa Express Rail lets you book selected Deutsche Bahn train connections on a Lufthansa ticket.
Is SWISS part of Lufthansa?
Yes. SWISS, Austrian Airlines and Brussels Airlines are part of the Lufthansa Group, and you can combine them on one ticket.
Is ITA Airways part of Lufthansa?
Partly. Lufthansa owns 41% of ITA Airways and has agreed to raise this to 90%, expected to complete in 2027 after regulatory approval. ITA joined Star Alliance in April 2026 and already earns Miles & More.
