Agreement to Terms

By booking flight tickets or hotel accommodations through SearchMyTrip, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions as well as any applicable airline or hotel policies. SearchMyTrip acts solely as a facilitator connecting you with the respective travel service providers.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking on our platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and legally valid information.
• You are solely responsible for all transactions and bookings made under your registered account.

Flight Tickets & Bookings

• SearchMyTrip acts as a facilitator. The ultimate contract of service is between you and the concerned airline.
• Airlines retain the right to reschedule, route, change, or cancel flights independent of SearchMyTrip. We are not liable for any direct or incidental loss due to such changes.
• Baggage allowances are strictly governed by airline rules. Extra charges may apply for check-in baggage on specific fares.

Hotel & Accommodation Bookings

• The hotel booking voucher issued by SearchMyTrip is based on the inventory availability provided by the hotel. The hotel is responsible for the actual service and accommodation.
• Hotels reserve the strict right of admission. Check-in may be denied to unmarried couples or guests lacking valid local ID proofs.
• Standard check-in and check-out timings are determined by the hotel.

Pricing & Payments

• The total price displayed generally includes the base fare, applicable government taxes, and our convenience fee.
• Tickets and hotel rooms are not guaranteed until full payment is successfully processed and confirmed.
• Prices are dynamic and subject to change by airlines or hotels until the booking is fully confirmed.

Cancellations & Refunds

Refunds are strictly processed as per the cancellation policies of the respective airlines and hotels. Upon cancellation, the refund amount will be credited to the original payment source after deducting the airline/hotel cancellation penalty and our processing fees. Please note that the convenience fee paid to SearchMyTrip at the time of booking is non-refundable.

Limitation of Liability

SearchMyTrip acts solely as an intermediary. We are not responsible for airline delays, flight cancellations, weather disruptions, lost baggage, hotel overbookings, strikes, government restrictions, or any other events beyond our direct control.
