Safe Shopping Guarantee

Search My Trip uses reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures to protect the information that customers provide. However, no website, electronic transmission or storage system is guaranteed to be 100% secure.

You should contact our Customer Service team immediately if you feel that your interaction with Search My Trip has become insecure. We will investigate the issue and take appropriate action.

Travel Suppliers & Intermediary Services

• Search My Trip generally acts as an intermediary between customers and third-party travel suppliers, including airlines, hotels, car rental companies, cruise operators, tour providers, insurance providers, activity suppliers, rail companies, and other travel-related businesses.
• Search My Trip does not ordinarily operate or control the transportation, accommodation, rental, tour, insurance, or other services supplied by these third parties. Each Travel Supplier may establish its own rules, restrictions, cancellation policies, fees, and conditions.
• By making a reservation through Search My Trip, you authorize us to arrange the requested services with the applicable Travel Supplier on your behalf. The final amount may include supplier charges, taxes, government-imposed fees, and Search My Trip service fees.
• You agree that the Travel Supplier’s applicable terms and conditions also apply to your reservation.

Prices, Availability & Payment

• Prices and availability displayed on the Site may change until a reservation has been successfully confirmed and ticketed, or otherwise completed by the applicable Travel Supplier.
• Search My Trip may display negotiated rates, promotional prices, taxes, fees, and other charges. The final price applicable to your purchase will be the amount displayed or quoted at the time your transaction is completed, subject to the applicable booking conditions.
• Payment must generally be made using an accepted credit or debit card, or another payment method made available during the booking process.
• We may verify payment information, billing information, or other transaction details before completing a reservation. If payment cannot be authorized or verified, Search My Trip may cancel or decline the transaction.

Booking Confirmation

• Submitting a booking request does not necessarily mean that the reservation has been accepted. A booking request may require availability and payment verification before it becomes confirmed.
• A confirmation email may acknowledge receipt of your request but may not itself constitute final acceptance. For air travel, confirmation generally requires the issuance of an applicable ticket number. For hotels, cars, activities, or other services, confirmation may require a supplier reservation or confirmation number.
• You are responsible for reviewing your confirmation information and notifying Search My Trip promptly if any important information appears incorrect.

Cancellations, Changes & Refunds

Many travel reservations may be non-refundable or subject to cancellation and change penalties. Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the applicable fare rules, supplier policies, and the terms presented during the booking process.

• Search My Trip service fees may apply to cancellations, refunds, exchanges, or other post-booking services. Such fees may be charged in addition to penalties or charges imposed by the relevant Travel Supplier.
• If a refund is permitted, the amount and processing time may depend on the supplier. Search My Trip cannot guarantee a specific refund-processing timeframe when the refund depends upon approval or processing by a third party.
• Customers should request cancellation before the scheduled departure or service time whenever required by the applicable fare or supplier rules. Failure to do so may result in a “no-show” and may affect refund eligibility.

Flight Changes

• Changes to an airline reservation are subject to the applicable airline’s fare rules and availability. Depending on the ticket purchased, changes may require payment of an airline penalty, Search My Trip service fee, fare difference, or other applicable charges.
• Search My Trip does not guarantee that a requested change will be permitted. Name changes, destination changes, itinerary changes, and other modifications may be restricted by the airline.
• For itineraries involving multiple airlines, each airline may impose separate rules, fees, and restrictions.

Price Match Promise

Where specifically offered, Search My Trip may provide a Price Match Promise for eligible reservations.

• To qualify, the competing fare must generally be for the same itinerary and must be publicly available for purchase from an eligible competing travel website within the applicable period stated in the Price Match Promise.
• The itinerary may be required to match in airline, flight number, travel dates, route, passenger count, cabin or seat type, taxes, and applicable fees.
• Certain fares may be excluded, including membership rates, corporate rates, promotional or coupon fares, group fares, opaque fares, auction fares, error fares, and other specially restricted fares.
• Search My Trip reserves the right to request documentation necessary to verify a price-match claim.

Limitation of Liability

The Site and the information made available through it are provided on an “as is” and “where available” basis, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

• Search My Trip is not responsible for acts, errors, omissions, delays, cancellations, schedule changes, overbooking, lost baggage, mechanical problems, weather events, strikes, governmental actions, or other circumstances caused by a Travel Supplier or beyond our reasonable control.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability, or suitability of information supplied by third parties.
• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Search My Trip’s liability arising from a booking or use of the Site will be limited to the amount permitted under these Terms & Conditions and applicable law.

Travel Documents

• You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all documents required for your journey, including passports, visas, identification, permits, health documentation, and other travel documents.
• International travellers should verify entry, transit, passport, visa, and other requirements with the appropriate government authorities or consulates before departure.
• Search My Trip is not responsible for losses resulting from a customer’s failure to satisfy applicable travel-document or entry requirements.

Prohibited Activities

• The Site may be used only for legitimate personal or authorized travel reservations.
• You may not use automated systems, robots, spiders, scrapers, or similar technologies to access, copy, monitor, or reproduce Site content without written authorization.
• You may not interfere with Site operations, introduce malicious software, attempt unauthorized access, reproduce Site content for unauthorized commercial purposes, resell Site information, or use the Site for fraudulent or speculative reservations.
• Search My Trip may suspend or terminate access to the Site when it reasonably believes these restrictions have been violated.

Privacy & Information Security

Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy. Information collected during the booking process may be used to process reservations, communicate with customers, verify transactions, provide customer support, and comply with applicable legal requirements.

Where required for travel purposes, certain passenger information may be provided to airlines, government agencies, Travel Suppliers, or other authorized parties.

Dispute Resolution

• Before initiating formal legal proceedings concerning a dispute with Search My Trip, you agree to contact our customer service department and provide a reasonable opportunity for us to investigate and attempt to resolve the matter.
• Where permitted by applicable law, disputes may be subject to mandatory arbitration, limitations on class actions, and waiver of jury trial as described in the applicable dispute-resolution provisions of these Terms & Conditions.
• Certain jurisdictions may provide consumers with rights that cannot legally be waived or restricted. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to eliminate rights that applicable law prohibits us from limiting.

Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to websites operated by third parties. These links may be provided for convenience or informational purposes. Search My Trip does not necessarily endorse or control third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices, security, or terms of use. Your use of any third-party website is subject to that website’s own terms and policies.

Termination

Search My Trip reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site, with or without notice, where permitted by law, including when you violate these Terms & Conditions or engage in fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, or unauthorized activity.

Severability & No Waiver

• If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• A failure by Search My Trip to enforce any provision of these Terms & Conditions does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision in the future.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with any applicable booking conditions, supplier terms, privacy policies, and other policies incorporated into them, constitute the agreement governing your use of the Site and the travel services arranged through Search My Trip. By using the Site or completing a reservation, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
