All Airline Refunds and Future Credits are subject to each airline’s fare rules, policies and procedures.
We offer Special Discounts under our Compassion Exception Policy (CEP) for Military, Bereavement, and the Visually Impaired.

‡ Like our transaction service fees (booking fees), all post-ticketing service fees are non-refundable and are subject to change without notice. Our fees are in addition to any airline and/or other supplier imposed fees and charges.
Government imposed taxes and fees are subject to change. You will only be charged the final total amount displayed or quoted by our agent.
Most of our airline tickets are non-refundable. A cancellation and refund is only available if all of the following apply:

All Special Services are on a request basis only and are subject to each airline’s review and approval process, along with their fare rules, policies and procedures. Special Service Fees will be charged upon the provision of the service(s) and will only be refunded if the request is denied by the airline.
Depending on your request, we may need the following before we can process it:

| Name Misspelling | Applies where the passenger’s name on the airline ticket does not match their passport or other universally accepted government ID. |
| Visa / Passport | A visa or passport decline letter is normally required in order to process a request. |
| Baggage | Please retain all receipts and baggage tags. |
| No-Show | Documentation advising why you were unable to make your scheduled departure will be required. |
| Denied Boarding | Documentation explaining why you were denied boarding of your scheduled departure will be required. |
| Duplicate Tickets | Copies of all tickets reflecting the exact same itineraries booked with us will be required in order to process a refund request. |
