- Receive a full refund of the airline base fare and applicable taxes. (Note: Convenience fees and add-on services like travel insurance, extra baggage, or meals purchased during booking remain non-refundable).
Important Guidelines
- Under this benefit, both the airline penalty and SearchMyTrip cancellation fees are completely waived off.
- This feature is exclusively valid for Domestic Flights (one-way and round-trip bookings).
- Timeline: You must cancel or modify your booking at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled flight departure to qualify for the full waiver.
- In the case of a free date change, customers are only required to pay the fare difference (if any) between the old and new flight tickets.
- The benefit applies only if the departure date is within 90 days of the booking date.
- This offer is strictly valid for complete cancellations. Partial cancellations or changes in itinerary routing are not covered.
- The waiver is applicable once per user. If utilized for any or all passengers in a booking, it cannot be reused.
- For round-trip bookings, the SMT-FLEX option must be eligible and purchased for both legs of the journey.
Terms & Conditions
- To avail of the 100% refund or free date change, all cancellations or modifications must be done directly via the SearchMyTrip website or mobile app. Canceling directly with the airline will make you ineligible for this waiver.
- SearchMyTrip reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking in case of any misuse, fraud, or abuse by the customer or travel agent.
- SearchMyTrip is not responsible for any losses or additional expenses caused by flight delays, missed connections, bad weather, strikes, or force majeure events.
- SearchMyTrip reserves the ultimate right to add, alter, modify, or withdraw this benefit at any time without prior notice or assigning any reason.
- In no event shall SearchMyTrip's liability under this program exceed the promotional waiver amount provided.
- Any disputes arising from this offer will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi.
