Child Safety Standards

Search My Trip (searchmytrip.com and the Search My Trip app) has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). We are committed to keeping our platform safe for all users, especially children.

1 Our Standards

Any content, activity or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses or endangers children is strictly prohibited on our platform.
Users may not use our services to create, upload, share, request or promote CSAM, or to groom, solicit or traffic minors.
Search My Trip is a flight booking service and does not offer public user-to-user messaging, social posting or content-sharing features.

2 Enforcement

Any account or booking found to be connected to CSAE will be immediately suspended or terminated.
We cooperate fully with law enforcement and will report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to relevant national and regional authorities, as required by law.

3 Booking Travel for Minors

Bookings for passengers under 18 must be made by a parent, legal guardian or authorized adult.
We follow airline policies for unaccompanied minors and may request additional details where a minor’s safety could be at risk.

4 Reporting Concerns

If you see or suspect any child sexual abuse or exploitation related to our platform, report it to us immediately:

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services or police first.

5 Compliance
